Se curata cartofii si se spala in apa rece, se taie 450 g in sferturi. Se aduc cei 900 ml (1 1/2 l) de apa la fierbere cu putina sare, intr-o oala medie si se fierb cartofii taiati in sferturi aproximativ 30 de minute pana devin moi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.Cartofii ramasi cruzi se clatesc intr-un vas cu apa rece apoi se usca intr-un prosop. Cartofii fierti se scurg de apa si se amesteca cu cartofii cruzi ca un pireu. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Se taie foarte fin bacon-ul si ceapa si se prajesc bine intr-o tigaie in ulei pana devin aurii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Se pun apoi deoparte. Se adauga faina, oul, un praf de sare in amestecul de cartofi pana devin ca un aluat moale, adaugand putina apa in care au fiert cartofii daca e prea uscat. se adauga apoi si amestecul de bacon cu ceapa si verdeata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="methodText"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.Se pune la fiert a doua cantitate de apa, cu sare. Se fac galusti din amestecul sub forma de aluat si se pun in apa care fierbe. Este una din cele mai vandute condimente din intreaga lume.&lt;br /&gt;Scorţişoara&lt;i&gt; (Cinnamomum verum, sinonim cu C. zeylanicum) &lt;/i&gt;este coaja de culoare roşcată-cenuşie, a scorţişorului, un arbore mic, exotic, veşnic verde care atinge 10 până la 15 metri înălţime şi face parte din familia Lauraceae. Este originar din Sri Lanka şi din sudul Indiei. Scoarţa este comercializată uscată sub formă de batoane de aproximativ 10 cm lungime, sub formă de bucăţele sau gata măcinată. Se utilizează în bucătăria occidentală mai ales pentru aromatizarea produselor de cofetărie, iar în ţările orientale şi la condimentarea preparatelor culinare. Scortisoara contine antioxidanti (substante care previn cancerul), iar uleiul extras din scortisoara are proprietati antibacteriene si antifungice, motiv pentru care este recomandat in tratarea unor afectiuni survenite de pe urma infestarii cu bacterii si fungi. Acest amestec se poate pastra la congelatorul frigiderului si poate fi folosit zilnic cu cea mai mare usurinta si pentru orice tip de ciorbe si supe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* morcovi de orice marime si tip (dupa cum se vede si in imagine eu am folosit morcovi tineri, proaspat scosi din gradina si morcovi din supermarket)&lt;br /&gt;* radacina de telina, dupa gust si dorinta&lt;br /&gt;* radacina de patrunjel&lt;br /&gt;* radacina de pastarnac&lt;br /&gt;* frunze de patrunjel verde&lt;br /&gt;* frunze de telina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Legumele se decojesc si se spala foarte bine, la fel se procedeaza si cu frunzele verzi.&amp;nbsp; Se dau prin razatoarea mare radacinile si se toaca marunt frunzele verzi. Nu se adauga sare, piper sau alt condiment. Feliile de paine taiate in marimea si forma dorita se trec prin amestecul de oua pana se acopera integral, apoi se aseaza intr-o tigaie in care s-a incins bine uleiul. Se prajesc pe ambele fete pana prind o crusta aurie. Intre timp se aleg si se spala castravetii se aseaza intr-un vas, iar peste ei se aseaza apa fiarta cu toate ingredientele si se lasa castravetii pana a doua zi. In urmatoarea zi se pun castravetii in borcane, se adauga radacini de hrean, ardei iute, cate 2 bucati la un borcan, optional rondele de morcovi pentru ornament, 1 crenguta de cimbru si una de marar tare, 2 frunze de telina si deasupra frunze de visin, se mai adauga aprox 20 g otet apa se pune cu o cana in borcan pana la gura borcanului, se gusta de sare. Otet pentru conservare: 400 ml otet, 600 ml apa, 15 g sare, 10 g zahar, boabe piper dupa preferinta, 2-3 foi de dafin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se aleg gogosari foarte frumosi si se taie in jurul cozii.&amp;nbsp; Dupa taierea cotorului, se scobeste mjlocul, se spala si se lasa sa se scurga. Intre timp se curata varza si se taie fideluta, se curata morcovii si telina si se dau pe razatoarea mare. Varza tocata si legumele rase se pun intr-un lighean si se presara cu 15 g sare pentru fiecare kilogram de varza. Se amesteca bine si se preseaza ca sa se inmoaie. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cu acest amestec se umplu cat mai indesat gogosarii. Se aseaza apoi gogosarii in borcane, cu fata in sus, iar printre ei se arunca bucati de hrean si tulpini verzi de telina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se pregateste otetul pentru murat gogosarii: se pune pe foc apa cu sare, zahar, condimente, se adauga otetul si se lasa pe foc cateva clocote.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Borcanul cu gogosari se pune pe lama unui cutit ca sa nu se sparga, si se toarna otetul fierbinte peste gogosari. Cuburile de morcovi si ardeiul tocat marunt se calesc in ulei&lt;br /&gt;cu  fire de sofran, pana se obtine o frumoasa culoare galbena, apoi vor&lt;br /&gt;fi  si ele adaugate in oala.&lt;br /&gt;Separat se pune putin ulei intr-o  tigaie, se adauga o lingura de faina si&lt;br /&gt;se prajeste pana cand  faina se gateste bine si prinde o usoara culoare,&lt;br /&gt;in acest moment  se adauga o cana de lapte. Apoi  se rup bucatele care se intind si se captusesc formele de tarta ( va ia  ceva timp dar merita).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se coc la temperatura potrivita  20-25 de minute pana se rumenesc putin pe margini. Se rastoarna si se  lasa sa se raceasca. In cazul in care nu doriti sa coaceti aluatul se  poate achizitiona unul gata preparat de la supermarket.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se  prepara budinca conform instructiunilor de pe plic si apoi se adauga  gelatina dizolvata in putina apa rece. Cand s-a racit se amesteca cu  frisca. Se umplu tartele si se decoreaza dupa imaginatia fiecaruia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu  am pus fructe: piersici din compot, capsuni si zmeura din gradina .&lt;br /&gt;Tartele  umplute sa pot pastra o zi, iar cele neumplute o perioada mai mare,  maxim 20 de zile. Apoi se sparg cele doua  oua intr-un castron si se amesteca bine. Feliile de piept de pui  asezonate se tavalesc bine prin faina alba si apoi se trec prin ou. Se  prajesc intr-o tigaie cu ulei pana se rumenesc bine.&lt;br /&gt;Pentru  garnitura de dovlecei se curata de coaja cei doi dovlecei, se spala bine  si se taie cuburi de marimea dorita. Intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei se  prajeste ceapa tocata marunt, pana se inmoaie, se adauga rosiile taiate  cubulete sau felii si cuburile de dovlecel. Cand s-au inmuiat putin se  adauga un sos facut separat din faina si o canita de lapte, amestecate  ca o crema. Se adauga sare si piper dupa gust si mararul tocat fin. Antioxidantii sunt o parte vitala a dietei tale alimentare.  Licopenul este recunoscut pentru cantitatea de antioxidanti pe care ii  contine. O dieta bogata in vitamina C obtinuta din fructe si legume  poate reduce riscul aparitiei cancerului, bolilor de inima, loviturilor,  infarctului si diabetului. Vitamina C scade presiunea sangelui si  nivelul de colesterol, ajuta la subtierea sangelui si protejeaza  impotriva oxidarii. Solubila in grasime, vitamina A se implica in  formarea si mentinerea pielii si parului sanatos. Ne ajuta sa vedem in  lumina obscura si este necesara cresterii sistemului osos, dezvoltarii  dintilor si reproducerii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;60g  unt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ceapa taiata&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1.5 kg rosii foarte coapte, taiate mari, cu tot cu seminte&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 litru supa de pui sau de legume&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 linguri de faina de cartofi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;piper negru proaspat macinat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;crutoane uscate de paine&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ulei de masline&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 catel de usturoi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 linguri de frunze de busuioc proaspat, tocat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Mod de preparare si servire:&lt;br /&gt;Topiti untul si caliti ceapa  intr-o tigaie pana se inmoaie. Adaugati in tigaie rosiile taiate mari cu  tot cu samburi, apoi acoperiti cu un capac si lasati sa se gateasca pe  foc mic pana cand rosiile devin moi, aproximativ 20 minute. Cu un  blender de mana tocati fin amestecul din tigaie, adaugati apoi supa de  pui sau legume si dati in clocot.&lt;br /&gt;Amestecati faina de cartofi cu  putina apa rece pana devine crema fina. La aceasta crema adugati cu  polonicul supa si apoi turnati amestecul in oala. Amestecati pana cand  da in clocot din nou.
